RETURN POLICY

1. All merchandise has a 30 day return policy. (30 days from the DATE SHIPPED)

2.  When returning an item, here is what you do...

    a. Tell me what you want to do (replacement, exchange (with what), or a refund). 

    b. You pay for return shipping.

    c. When your return item is received, your refund will be sent promptly by check or to the credit card  

       you used to make your purchase.. 

2. If you got the wrong item, here is what you do...

       telling me that you got the wrong item.

    b. Send back the item (You will be reimbursed for your shipping charges for returning it).

    c. A replacement item will be sent to you right away.

3. If the item is defective or incomplete, here is what you do...
